My Block mates attend the English Enrichment Program (EEP) class last 17th of February, 2016 at 2:00 in the afternoon but I wasn’t able to attend EEP class because of the Microsoft event, which makes me not able to watch RPG : Metanoia along with my Block mates. But no worries! I was able to watch the RPG : Metanoia Full Movie using my own copy of the movie in my computer
The movie RPG Metanoia is action packed, from start to finish. It opens up with the story's main protagonist "Nico" who at that time is inside the world of an Online Game; METANOIA, fighting this three headed crossbreed between a hydra and a nutcracker. Well of course he defeats the monster and gets this special item which is supposed to give him "God Like" powers within the game which ends up endangering everyone in the planet, not just online but it also in real life. What's more interesting is that there are many other characters, not just these child gamers. Some of their parents including their older friends are involved in some ways and there are also plenty of other symbolic characters from the game servers in the animated feature itself such as the Koreans and virtual pets. Based from a story about a young 10 year old boy named Nico and his friends battles the evil master computer overlord and his minions attempt try to takeover the world Nico and his fighting allies must save the world from the forces of evil protect the world and defeated the evil master computer by the hands of Nico and his freedom fighters and return to the real world once again and won.
I can say that it's a good start. Then again, I always go for content and the storytelling rendition. In many ways, the creators and producers of RPG Metanoia have succeeded in making it a movie that can be enjoyed by kids and kids at heart.

Sana Dati
So we're almost end of our midterm of the English Enrichment Program (EEP) this term. Last february 24 2016, We watched the 4th movie for our English blog entitle “Sana Dati”. It tells about that Andrea and her past revisited at the day of her wedding. I never expected that this film is so more romantic and . It is not film of a typical love story with a happy ending that we usually see, but a love story mirroring reality.
It is about Andrea, whose life goes on despite the tragedy of her one true love perishing. It is about Dennis, who is about to marry a girl who does not love him. It is about Andrew, who stirs trouble in somebody else’s romantic affairs.
Opening with a proposal by Andrew to Andrea, the film immediately cuts to the day of a wedding. Dennis is introduced, carrying into the hotel various camera equipment he barely knows how to use. He finally arrives in Andrea’s room, where he proceeds to interview her, throwing questions about her love for Robert. Andrea directly answers the questions, her eyes avoiding the camera. Dennis does the same for Robert. Dennis answers the questions, with his eyes directly upon the camera. It clearly shows the love of Dennis for Andrea.
Andrea’s love for Andrew is so deep and strong that made his heart stopped. It is the kind of love that brought her so much sorrow to accept and go on with new life without him in it. How ironic it is, sometimes it is hard to feel so happy cause you know at some point a sad story comes after. Finally the love of Andrew, it is the kind of love every girl will ask for. Having a detailed plan for your future, unending surprises, who will do everything to be with you even if you know that you will not stay for long because of the sickness you have been enduring and curing. Andrew and Andrea have their best laid plans that comes to a point that they try to run away and escape reality to pursue it but just because of feeling that brought too much happiness changed everything.
Sana Dati makes us feel what we ought to feel at that very moment. Sometimes people tends to be selfish thinking that what they decide for that person what he or she ought to do. Yes they have strong points to discuss but whatever they say they still cannot feel exactly the way I feel towards a particular situation that I am going through. I think it is not about the age, experiences but it is about what you really feel like to do without your mind being disturbed that I will regret this one day.
Parasyte Movie : Part 1
Last February 10, 2016 at 2:00pm in the afternoon, I attend the English Enrichment Program (EEP) class. I choose the former option and decided to attend EEP class which makes me able to watch Parasyte along with my blockmates but its ok that only few watched the movie entitled “Parasyte Movie : Part 1”. Maybe around 20 or more students attend of the English Enrichment Program (EEP) class but some aren’t attend maybe they don’t want to attend because of the attendance or waiting for the deadline of the midterm requirements. Sorry for those who didn’t watch that movie.
The movie started which makes me look forward to understand why it has to be started that way. All throughout the movie, I’m expecting to understand the origin of the Parasytes but what was shown was more of the effects of its existence. I’m trying to understand the connection between the first statements uttered in the movie and the Parasytes’ existence but I got nothing.
I thought that part 1 was set to build up the story for part 2 of the Parasyte but then it should stand alone which it didn’t. There was no moral lesson shown in the movie as well or if it has, then it should have been given emphasis to show importance.
Shinichi and Migi somehow spice up the movie. Migi added humor to the sci-fi or horror film which makes it amusing . And Shinichi with just his face is enough but his acts are amazing. He was able to portray such character and you’ll see the movie is growing from little to more violent acts.
By the end, with the dramatic climax, my emotional migraine had subsided. It's the abridged, muted, and emotionally empty shell of what it could have been. The creative changes rob the story of its substance and while it may be cool to see bladed tentacle-headed creatures duke it out, it's really not worth the mincemeat that is the plot.

Philippine Media & The Millennals
Last January 29 2016, we're having a seminar with our speaker kuya Toni about the "Philippine Media & The Millennals". The first that I watch about the Nonoy Aquino and Ferdinand Marcos and the second scene is about "Democracy" that is Corazon Aquino. Kuya Toni discussed the Digital Millennials whether 3.5 out of 10 Filipinos are online but it depends of the percentage of their age. Also, he talks about the social media post like Facebook post, selfie post, trending post and the foreign post like video blog and citizen journalism. Media consumption in the Philippines is showing how Filipinos today favor screen-based media. Television is at the peak of the country's media landscape, followed by mobile, outdoor, the Internet and radio.
Journalism is the public trust in a public service. The media is the fourth estate in a link between the private and public sections that has the power to set the agenda. Being a Advocacy Journalism is to increase the awareness on certain issues, raise awareness and spark public disclosure. Just like the topic about the Women's Rights and the Typhoon Yolanda. The topic the I really know is about the Women Rights. Feminism is the struggle against the patriarchy, the dominance hierarchies that have defined global culture for all of recorded history. For this reason, it has traditionally been and will probably long remain the centerpiece of all civil liberties reform. For being a better prosumers of media are : Stay well informed and well rounded, Be an intelligent producer consumer, Stay relevant, Maintain sensitive and think of your kapwa.

Plagiarism
Many people think of plagiarism as copying another's work or borrowing someone else's original ideas. But terms like "copying" and "borrowing" can disguise the seriousness of the offense. Plagiarism is an act of fraud. It involves both stealing someone else's work and lying about it afterward. Most cases of plagiarism can be avoided, however, by citing sources. Simply acknowledging that certain material has been borrowed and providing your audience with the information necessary to find that source is usually enough to prevent plagiarism. Editors and researchers will also need to agree on a clear definition of plagiarism. Detection software does not define it instead, it can only say whether a scanned text exceeds a threshold of similarity to another text. In our studies thus far, we have used a similarity threshold of approximately 50%; we then compared the full text of any articles that exceeded this threshold, line by line and figure by figure. Ultimately, plagia- rism comes down to human judgement. Like other questionable practices, you will know plagiarism when you see it.
To avoid plagiarism, all students must document sources properly using Footnotes, Endnotes, or Parenthetical References, and must write a Bibliography, References, or Works Cited page and place it at the end of the research paper to list the sources used. Of the three ways to document sources - Footnotes, Endnotes, and Parenthetical References, the simplest is using Parenthetical References, sometimes referred to as Parenthetical Documentation or Parenthetical Citations.
The consequences of accidental plagiarism are equally daunting and should be avoided at all costs. Whether or not you intended to plagiarize, you will still be held responsible. As a member of an intellectual community you are expected to respect the ideas of others in the same way that you would respect any other property that didn't belong to you, and this is true whether you plagiarize on purpose or by accident.

APC Anti Smoking Campaign
We all know that some of the students in APC are smoking in the parking lot. Not all of the students, but also some teachers, faculties, security guards and also some maintenance are smoking. Some of them are using cigarettes and eletronic cigarettes. When friends, family, and co-workers smoke around you, it is doubly difficult to quit or avoid relapse. Social circles need to know that you are changing your habits so talk about your decision to quit. Let them know they won't be able to smoke when you're in the car with them or taking a coffee break together. In your workplace, don't take all your coffee breaks with smokers only, do something else instead, or find non-smokers to have your breaks with. For me, I didn't smoke in my life because it causes damage thru his or her heart or kidney. One of the best things you can do to help yourself quit is to identify the things that make you want to smoke, including specific situations, activities, feelings, and people. At the same time, the act of smoking is ingrained as a daily ritual. It may be an automatic response for you to smoke a cigarette with your morning coffee, while taking a break from work or school, or during your commute home at the end of a long day. Perhaps friends, family members, and colleagues smoke, and it has become part of the way you relate with them.
Whether you’re a teen smoker or a lifetime pack-a-day smoker, quitting can be tough. But the more you learn about your options and prepare for quitting, the easier the process will be. With the right game plan tailored to your needs, you can break the addiction, manage your cravings, and join the millions of people who have kicked the habit for good. It's hard to control for the students or teachers who are always smoking everyday whether where like it or not.
Filipino Author
The start of my blog is about the Filipino author or the writer. The name of the filipino author or the writer is named Paz Latorena. She is the one of the foremost writers of the first generation of Filipino English writers, in both literary writing and education, were remembered in a day-long conference and festival at UST last February 11.The academic homage was organized by the UST Department of

1926, she took up Education at the University of the Philippines (UP) in Manila where she also attended a short story writing class under a key figure in Filipino literature in English, Paz Marquez Benitez of “Dead Stars” fame.In 1927, Latorena received an invitation from Benitez to write a column for the Philippines Herald Magazine, of which Benitez was the literary editor. That
same year, Latorena, along with other campus writers, founded the UP Writers’ Club.
Latorena’s works, as seen through the eyes of literary scholars, were thoroughly discussed through paper presentations. For Prof. Florentino Hornedo of the UST Graduate School and Faculty of Arts
and Letters, much of the American may be seen in Latorena’s works as well
as shades of the Great War. “The issues of World War I were the standard readings in the classrooms of Latorena.”In her paper, “Paz Latorena: The Quintessential Woman Writer,” UST writer-
in-residence Ophelia Dimalanta gave testimony to the full-blooded characters and well-defined structure in Latorena’s stories. According to Dimalanta, Latorena did not go by the modern plot standard,” but her stories are not to be considered inferior “because both pre-war and post-war stories have to be studied in a different light.”
